Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If an item is part of our Aged Inventory, processing may require up to 3 business days due to manual inspection.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Typical delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Oversized/Heavy Items: May require freight handling; you’ll be notified if applicable

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Some items may qualify for promotional free shipping when offered.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We currently ship only within the United States.
Lost / Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately.
We will assist with filing a carrier investigation.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and package.
