Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. The following policy applies to all items sold on AOMSNW.com.

This area of Gill’s Point S is for aged or overstock inventory, sold at a reduced price. As such, products purchased on this site may have damaged and/or dirty packaging but the product will be new and unused unless otherwise stated. Also, these products carry only the manufacturer’s warranty and we do not offer warranty refunds or exchanges for these products.

30‑Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused or in the same condition received
  • Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return
  • Aged Inventory items with worn or damaged packaging are still return‑eligible if unused

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Installed parts that have been used
  • Electrical components that have been opened or plugged in
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Wrong part ordered

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@aomsnw.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect item)
  2. Our team will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer‑initiated returns (changed mind, wrong size, wrong item ordered) → Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items → We pay return shipping

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–10 business days to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
